EF Rafikki - 1/2 Arabian Colt $7,800 Born June 15th, 2008 this is a stunning bay colt. Sam is out of our Russian-bred mare, Sabi, and by the incomparable Hanoverian stallion Rosenthal. He has the presence of a much older horse not a weanling. He trots over to the gate to greet you and will certainly follow you out to wherever you are going if you let him. He is bold and adventurous but sweet and kind as well. In September Sam and Sabi will be going to a GOV inspection to hopefully receive premium status for Sam and main mare book status for Sabi. This will be big for us as a breeder because we are using an outside stallion to accommodate what the market is asking for. Additionally we are looking to raise the bar for the mares we use for breeding. We feel Sam will be an exceptional Dressage mount when he matures. His head and neck are truly works of art and his hip ratio is the most impressive I have seen on such a youngster. He has flawless movement and is incredibly well balanced at such a young age. He is Maryland Futurity nominated and SHN Payback program eligible.

EF KKonfidence - Arabian Colt $5,400 Spidey was born on 6/5/2007 to our purebred Arabian mare Sabiyana. Sabi is a large boned mare with swinging, ground-covering movement. Although he’s not exactly what we were expecting from this substantial, Russian-bred mare, we’re delighted with his typey head, extreme refinement, and look-at-me attitude. He is very elegant, with an uphill, springy canter, and ground-covering stride. His personality is that of a signature KKoi foal: sweet, kind and loving, but still maintaining a regal air and stand out show stopper. He is currently a rose gray. Spidey is sweepstakes nominated as well as Maryland Futurity nominated.

A chestnut loudly marked with four high white socks and a blaze, she’ll be sure to be noticed in the show ring. EF She’s Alada KKoi Arabian Filly $6,800 Born 3/29/07 - Princess is a chestnut purebred Arabian filly out of an Alada Baskin daughter, Baskin Sunrise. She is an extremely elegant and tall filly, with movement that is sure to be a hit with dressage enthusiasts. She has the attitude of a Diva and has a trot that is so elastic and has so much suspension that she spends more time in the air floating then ever touching the ground. As with all of our babies, Princess is very friendly and curious, and is usually the first one to the gate to greet newcomers. Princess is sweepstakes nominated, as well as Maryland Futurity nominated and should be a great money winner in her sport horse career.

EF Epona's Shenanigans 2007 1/2 Arabian Filly $4,800 Nani was born on 3/17/2007 and is out of our third generation American Warmblood Society mare, EF She’s Our Legacy (Lacey). She is a sweet bay filly with a solid build and just enough Arabian refinement to add lightness and spunk. With her powerful hindquarters and adventuresome spirit, we expect her to mature into a lovely sport horse. She should excel in the jumping disciplines, and could even have eventing in her future. Nani should mature to over 15.2 hands, quite possibly as tall as 16 hands. Nani is Sweepstakes nominated as well as Maryland Futurity nominated.

EF KKoi’s Braveheart - 1/2 Arabian Gelding $3,800 Born 4/19/07 Ben is the cutest gelding you have ever seen and we will practically guarantee it! Born to our champion pony mare, Little Miss Hearbreaker, and out of KKoi, Ben is sure to win your heart. His is of most unusual color and markings. He is a strawberry roan, with a black mane and a black and white tail. He has a blaze that does not extend to cover his eyes but he has white eyelashes and dark eyes. He has so many body splashes that he has enough white to be double registered at a pinto. He was bred to be our daughters show mount to represent the farm. Unfortunately he isn’t going to be big enough as Rachel is growing faster than Ben. We suspect he will finish out as a medium. We were hoping for a large. He is absolutely drop dead gorgeous, will certainly get you noticed in the ring and has movement that is unparalleled in a pony as small as he is. His trot covers as much ground as a small horse and he just floats. Ben is sweepstakes nominated as well as Maryland Futurity nominated.

She is out of our second-generation broodmare, Bucephalus. “Cephie” is an appendix QH/TB mare with extensive wins on the “A” hunter circuit in her prime. This is her last foal. Meri has great potential as a future sporthorse given her pedigree and current show record. She won her weanling sporthorse class at her first show, and was awarded Reserve Champion Partbred Sporthorse all ages/sexes. Meri is big-boned, short-backed and has a lovely, willing temperament. She is sweepstakes nominated for payouts as well as Maryland Futurity nominated and should bring her new owner hours of enjoyment and a trunkful of ribbons.

EF KKlassique Beauty - Arabian Filly $27,000 Out of a Polish purebred mare, Beauty is the perfect example of what Evergreen Farm has set out to breed. This stunning 2003 bay purebred mare is the absolute epitome of the Arabian breed. She has excellent movement, a stunning head, and the in-your-tent personality the breed was originally known for. Beauty has a show record that is very extensive and proves that the sky is truly the limit for this mare. She has Regional, East Coast or National wins in Sport Horse In Hand, Sport Horse Under Saddle, as well as class “A” wins in Hunter Pleasure and Halter AND she has ribboned in prestigious Pony Hunter Breeding classes outside the Arabian show world. While we are waiting for AHA to catch up, our records indicate that Beauty, at the young age of five, has earned her Legion of Merit “++”status. We are very excited by this, as I don’t believe that it is a fete that is easily won by such a young horse. Especially one that is NOT professionally shown or trained and does not show every weekend. This truly makes Beauty a stand out for an adult amateur or youth competitor. |

Capriccio - Oldenburg Mare $17,000 Capriccio “Eve” is a 2001 registered Oldenburg mare by Contucci out of a Riverman daughter. Eve stands 16.3 hands and has outstanding conformation and movement. Eve has excellent ground manners and a lovely personality. She had been started under saddle with a professional dressage trainer and showed great potential and a willing attitude. She went on to be a terrific, easy broodmare and is now back in work. After 3 months of dressage training with world-renowned trainer, Britta Johnston, Eve is back home learning to be an all-around horse. Her pedigree dictates that she will be an enormous jumper. Combine jumping with her dressage skills and trail riding experience and you now have a wonderful eventing prospect. This mare can really excel at most anything.
